"Debbie has worked with me directly during the past 20 years: Mercy Health Services (where I served as the COO) and, most recently, MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center (where I served as President for eight years until April, 2019). In both institutions, Debbie served as my senior staff person acting both as an executive assistant but also in various roles, including leading many special projects where she

worked with other executives and associates throughout our organization. At MedStar Health, she also served as the principal staff person to the Board of Directors. In addition to interacting with board members, Debbie was responsible for the day-to-day operations of Administration, including the supervision of the C-Level executive assistant staff. Debbie also interacted with various external audiences including legislative officials, donors, MedStar corporate executives and many physicians.

What separates Debbie from others is her ability to work independently and with little supervision.
